We’ll view a brief video called “Legacy” about the pioneers settling the valley, then stroll over to the Beehive House for a tour.  We will enjoy lunch at the Lion House, residence for Brigham Young constructed in 1855, to experience one of the best lunches you’ll ever have at 1:00 PM. 6:00 - 11:00 - Enjoy pioneer Dutch oven chicken and boneless ribs with other Utah favorites while you listen to Riders In The Sky as you take a trip back to 19th century Utah at Heritage Park with America’s Favorite Cowboys.

SHOP ‘TIL YA’LL DROP! - Thursday, Sept. 11             
10:30 AM – Meet in the lobby of the Salt Palace at 10:30 AM. We will walk to Gateway Shopping Center, home to numerous stores, restaurants, the Clark Planetarium with daily star shows and Utah’s only 3D IMAX theatre, and the 2002 Olympic Plaza.  Stay as long as you want, or until you run out of money!

SUPPER AND SONG – Thursday Evening, Sept. 11                                          Please note that spaces are limited!
5:15 PM – Meet in the lobby of the Salt Palace at 5:15 PM and bring a jacket for the evening. Walk over together and sit and rest your weary bodies at the end of the week with dinner at The Garden Restaurant in the Joseph Smith Memorial Building at 6:00 PM. The Garden is located on the 10th floor and overlooks downtown Salt Lake City and the night lights. Follow dinner with the world-famous Mormon Tabernacle Choir rehearsal on Temple Square (come and go as you like.)  Tour size is limited, so register early!
